I caught a glimpse of TV the other day. It was enough. It was all I needed.
My daughter had left E Channel on. They were doing a "vox populi" where
people come out pro-Rosie or pro-Liz.
Nice how the media has found a modern way to make peace activism cool
again...

And, let's face it, feeling "cool" is what you're about.
A quick reality check might be in order. Today we found out that a
group of terrorists were trying to set the oil lines in New Jersey on
fire. It would have killed tens of thousand of innocent people.
If that had happened, you're fleeting "coolness" would soon turn to
scorn. People would literally egg you on the street.
There were people like you during WWII. We forget that WWII was very
unpopular in many corners of the country - and the "peace activists"
of the time lived in shame for the rest of their lives.
You're betting your future that terrorists won't kill Americans. I

wanted know what Hugo Chavez has to do with American Liberalism. You
obviously can't answer the question, so you're trying to drag into a
strawman about murdering reporters. No, one should not kill reporters.
It's not a Liberal policy, although Conservatives seem to think that
the press should be respectful and subserviant.

Any Conservative who made money from Idi Amin loved him. Hell, they
doted on Tacho Somoza. As for Chavez, everyone is appalled by his
behavior. The "Liberal" press has reported on it quite liberally and
without any sympathy or delicacy.

Republican god, Ronald Reagan, calling Somoza's murderers, rapists and

arrest, because they refused the order to close the station. First I've |
heard of executions.
