Description: The position will be responsible for supporting the Field Sales (Direct and Channel Sales) organization and provide reporting for the VP of Field Operations. The Senior Financial Analyst will drive projects to improve controls, data integrity, consistent processes, and provide ad-hoc analysis to support key decisions. This person will be responsible for creating detailed analysis around bookings and revenue assumptions, expense control, and headcount metrics to support decision making and improve profitability in the Field Sales organization. This person will support reporting requirements for Monthly and Quarterly management reporting including KPI Scorecards and Operations packages. Responsibilities include managing the annual planning as well as quarterly forecasting process, including redesigning and improving upon existing models and templates; managing the bookings and revenue forecasting and reporting by region and product family; working closely with departmental heads in order to help them achieve their financial goals, and understand their budgets; providing value added analytical review of operational departments performance; providing value added varian
ce analysis of company performance by department and product line; assisting in building a best practices financial planning process that is scalable for future growth.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis with an emphasis on Sales Finance partnering is required. Experience with bookings and revenue forecasting and support of a Sales organization (including commissions forecasting and revenue, bookings, expense measurement reporting) is a must. Strong working knowledge of Excel (including macros, and pivot tables); and experience with planning and reporting tools such as Hyperion, Essbase, Business Objects. Experience building reports and processes to facilitate timely reporting; strong communication skills; and outstanding problem solving and analysis skills are required.
