Description: This dynamic company seeks a Senior Accountant/Analyst with 4-6 years of public and/or combination of corporate experience. This is the perfect opportunity for the right candidate. Those who are interested and qualified are encouraged to submit an application.

Our client is seeking a Big 4 Accountant with a strong base of SEC clients and Financial Reporting exposure. Experience preparing or reviewing 10-K, 10-Q, MD&A, footnotes, etc.) is required. The ideal candidate will have a technical research skills and the ability to provide written documentation of such research. Financial statement preparation and pro-forma experience is preferred. CPA and/or MBA is highly desired with a background that includes SOX compliance and internal controls are ideal. The compensation is based on experience.
