Description: This position is responsible for producing timely and accurate reports, ensuring data integrity across systems and completing special projects for the Client Billing/Accounts Receivable department. Main responsibilities are the research, preparation, and reporting monthly New Accounts Report and Assets Under Management reports, interpretation of legal documentation and investment management contracts, population of data into systems, continuous upgrading of the billing system, completion of special projects, documentation of procedures, and the audit of data across systems. This position will have exposure to all levels of personnel including top management.Responsibilities:1.Generate monthly New Accounts Report (NAR) in MS Excel by gathering data through various systems, interpreting new contracts, corresponding with various areas and organizing data for reporting.2.Generate monthly Assets Under Management (AUM) report in MS Excel by gathering data through various systems, using the NAR, corresponding with high level staff, organizing data for reporting, and distributing report to top level management.3.Ensure data integrity through audit of systems against contr
acts.4.Use advanced formulas in MS Excel to create reports.5.Populate data, audit, and document projects/procedures in the account database, CLASS.6.Investigate discrepancies and coordinate with consultants, clients, back office and Account Management to resolve. 7.Analysis of client data and reports as requested by Management and Auditors.8.Participate in systems testing and reporting of results related to the billing system.Qualifications:Qualified candidate must possess a Bachelors degree, business preferred, and 2 years relevant reporting experience in the investment management or financial services industry, AR and/or Accounting. Experience in reviewing contracts and/or legal documentation is a plus. Good written and verbal communication as well as an understanding of report
