Description: Our client is offering a Financial Analyst role with a large mortgage company. The role is responsible for creating annual budgets for branch managers. This person will assist branches with quarterly forecasting, provide financial guidance to branches, create regional annual budget, and create retail monthly regional management reporting. This person will manage loan officer reporting variance analysis against actual, identify P&L issues and opportunities, and communicate and present analysis to Senior Management, up to the CEO.

5+ years of total FP&A experience with at least 2 of these years in the mortgage industry is required. A Degree is required. Strong Excel and Access skills are required; Hyperion skills are a plus. Candidates must have the ability to interact with multiple types of people, the field and Executive Management.
