Description: Our client is seeking a Financial Analyst to assist in financial modeling and cash flow analysis. The main responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following: performing what-if and sensitivity analysis for various scenarios; preparation and reporting of proformas, budgets and fees; analyses and updating of financial operations at installation level to track progress in meeting goals and objectives; and providing financial analysis and reports for decision making and monitoring tasks and milestones. This person will also be involved in coordinating debt competition, loan closings, risk management issues, annual budgeting process, site visits and presentations; and establishing and maintaining library and database for the finance department.
