Description: A premier client of ours has an opening for a Senior Tax Consultant to assist with the FIN 48 implementation. You will work on facilitating, organizing and documenting for uncertain tax positions and international operations. This is the perfect opportunity for the right candidate.

They are seeking candidate with 4-8 years of experience at Big 4 and/or corporate tax department. Candidates should have in-depth knowledge of US international and foreign tax and accounting issues, including US GAAP, FIN 48 and FAS 109. A CPA or JD is desired, and experience in working with a multinational organization is essential.
