Description: As the SOX Analyst, the selected candidate will work with process owners to ensure process documentation is current. This includes walk-through, Q/A process for narratives, process flows, risk/control matrices and system controls. This individual will develop and drive new efficiencies and re-engineer internal control processes and practices - focus on potential for improvements and automation of controls. He or she will lead continuous process improvement of the SOX methodologies, instructions, and documentation.

To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed.
