Description: This person will identify and reconcile any items on various cash reconciliation, including but not limited to, Custodial Accounts, disbursement clearing, P&I advance and certificate distribution accounts; identify, research and report monthly and cumulative balance differences, over or under collateralization, realized loss differences, cash or distribution variances, rate discrepancies, delinquency differences and trigger events; and reconcile and resolve all exceptions on investor reports and trustee distribution statements. This person will establish and maintain written procedures; process funds for claims, repurchase, short pays, foreclosures, charge-offs and real estate owned loans according to investor requirements; and analyze loans for discrepancies affecting the investor reported information. This person will also perform other duties as assigned. Under general guidance, this person will prepare and analyze monthly investor reports, remittances, bond calculations, distributions and performance triggers in accordance with investor guidelines.

A BBA in business, accounting or finance is preferred. 4+ years in financial services industry is required. Candidates must be a degreed professional (prefer Accounting, or Finance degree). 3-5 years of prior Investor Accounting experience, related Trustee Services, or significant experience in Accounting/Finance, is required. Advanced Excel and Word is required (Access preferred). Alltel (CPI) experience is preferred. Candidates must be flexible, have good organizational skills, and be detail oriented.
