Description: A prestigious company in the Buckhead area is seeking a well qualified Property Accountant capable of working with multiple properties. Ideal candidate must have multi-unit experience. This person will be responsible for all month-end, quarter end and year end closing and reporting functions for 10-12 different properties. This person will review Balance Sheet and Income Statement for reasonableness, reconcile discrepancies in general ledger by making adjustments; and review P & L for variances and reported them to management. This person will compile internal management report based on general ledger and bank account information, respond to audit issues regarding variances and other items, and ensure that audit adjustments were correctly posted. This person will also follow up on other audit issues relating to individual properties and make journal entries through analysis and credit card reconciliations.

A BS and/or four to eight years of related experience is required. Any additional education and/or relevant experience would be beneficial.
