Description: The Service Coordinator is responsible for a variety of duties related to customer satisfaction and support of the Kforce business development and delivery process. Responsibilities: answer and respond to incoming customer and/or client calls in a timely and efficient/professional manner, type/edit and distribute resumes and general correspondence as well as memos and auto letters/proposals/presentations, etc., meet new applicants upon their arrival for processing of initial paperwork (application, skills testing, etc.) and prepare applicants for interview with associate, coordinate related skill testing upon completion of interview, maintains monthly revenue/GP reports for the Technology and Finance Departments and call reports for the office, assist associates by printing queries and preparing paperwork as well as providing directions as needed, conduct market research and engage in administrative activities related to account qualification, maintain clean appearance of office areas (interview rooms and conference room), provide miscellaneous support with holiday preparation/cards, candidate and client information packets, etc., provide miscellaneous support for
IT and F/A Departments, assist team members (fellow service coordinators) when available in timecard collection and check mailing for IT and F/A. You will be cross-trained in all aspects of payroll to assist in the periodic absence of either service coordinator in both departments (IT and F/A).
Candidates must demonstrate a strong commitment to exceptional customer service and a strong commitment to their team environment with a client focus. You must have good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of employees and customers. You must possess exceptional customer service skills and the ability to maintain professionalism during stressful situations. Basic computer skills are required to include Microsoft Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. You must have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and have an understanding of the Internet. One to three years of directly related experience in a customer service position or equivalent combination of education and experience are required.
